When we began the process of selling/buying a home we were hesitant and had high expectations. Our previous experience had not been a good one and we were nervous we'd experience the same the second time around. But Jenna blew our expectations away. She worked with us just under 2 years through the selling and building process. She demonstrated high levels of customer service including great communication. She never faltered even though the process was a long one for all. While lots of obstacles were out of her control, she did her best to liaison for us.
